Abstract

Rapidly tunable chromatic dispersion is realized by vertically-coupled microdisk resonators with MEMS-actuated deformable waveguides. Group delays (27 to 65 ps) and dispersions (185 to 1200 ps/nm) are continuously tuned by voltage (< 35V).
