Frequency Analysis of Single Living Cell Activity by Laser Speckle Microscope

Abstract

A laser speckle microscopic imaging system was developed to instantaneously observe human single living cell activity. In the experiments, living and dead HeLa cells were compared and analyzed by using frequency spectra of speckle fluctuations.
