Generation of 356W Peak Power from All-Semiconductor Master Oscillator Power Amplifier (MOPA) System based on eXtreme Chirped Pulse Amplification (X-CPA) concept

Abstract

Based on the X-CPA concept, to authors’ knowledge, we demonstrate the generation of a 356W record peak power from all-semiconductor mode-locked MOPA system implemented with chirped fiber Bragg grating as an extreme pulse stretcher and compressor.
