Abstract

Impairments of inter-symbol interference and beat noise in coherent time-spreading optical code-division-multiple-access are investigated theoretically and experimentally by sweeping the data-rate from 622Mbps up to 10Gbps with a record-long 511-chip 640Gchip/s superstructured fiber Bragg grating.
