Abstract

We demonstrate full polarization mode dispersion (PMD) compensation of subpicosecond pulses passing through a PMD module with ~ 5.5 picoseconds mean differential group delay (DGD) by wavelength-by-wavelength characterization and inversion of Jones matrices.
