Abstract

All-fiber-integrated supercontinuum generation is demonstrated from ~0.9-3.6 pm with ~0.7 W time-averaged power by using a telecommunication laser diode, amplified by an erbium/ytterbium co-doped cladding-pumped fiber amplifier, and coupled into 35 m ZBLAN fluoride fiber.
