Controlling Carrier-Envelope Phase of Grating- Based Chirped Pulse Amplifiers

Abstract

It was demonstrated that the carrier-envelope phase is sensitive to the variation of the stretcher grating separation. By feedback controlling the grating separation, the phase of the amplified laser pulses is stabilized without disturbing the oscillator.
