Label-free and High-throughput Screening of Biomolecular Interactions

Abstract

We present a simple label-free multi-analyte detection technique that is easily scalable for high-throughput screening. We have shown a sensitivity of 20pg/mm2 and a minimum detectable antibody concentration of 15ng/ml for a specific antigen.
