Experimental Comparison of Electromagnetically Induced Transparency in Acetylene-Filled Kagomé and Triangular Lattice Hollow Core Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract

Experimental comparison of triangular-lattice and kagomé-lattice HC-PCF with regard to electromagnetic induced transparency is reported. The results show that the mode beating, responsible for the noisy background, is dramatically suppressed in kagomé HC-PCF.
