Tapered Hollow-Core Photonic Crystal fiber for Cascaded Stimulated-Raman-Scattering

Abstract

We report on the fabrication of a tapered hollow-core photonic crystal fiber with a transition-length as long as 40m for cascaded Stimulated-Raman-Scattering applications. The structural and optical characterization demonstrates the linearity of the taper.
