Abstract

We present a cryogenically-cooled Yb:LiYF4 chirped-pulse amplification system with an energy of >100-mJ boosted by regenerative and multi-pass amplifiers for pumping multi-terawatt, few-cycle optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification.
