Sequential in vivo Molecular Imaging with a Dual-Axes Confocal Microscope

Abstract

We demonstrate sequential three-dimensional in vivo imaging in one mouse, monitoring siRNA silencing with a dual-axes confocal microscope. This opens up new possibilities in developing therapeutics for genetic disorders through better assessment of treatment efficiency.
