Abstract

We demonstrate tunable-fold multicasting of 40 Gb/s RZ-OOK channels via supercontinuum slicing by a polarization based tunable periodic filter. 2-, 4-, and 8-fold multicasting are achieved with average power penalties of 0.1, 0.26, 0.44 dB, respectively, at a BER of 10−9.
