Near-infrared in vivo fluorescence sensor with integrated dielectric emission filter

We present a monolithically integrated near-infrared fluorescence sensor incorporating a dielectric emission filter for in vivo applications. We successfully integrated a dielectric emission filter (OD3) onto a low-noise detector and sensed 50nM fluorescent dye concentration.
