Secure Optical Transmission in Single-User Channel Using Encrypted Wireless CDMA Codes

Abstract

We propose to use encrypted wireless CDMA codes to transmit data securely through an optical single-user channel. Our experiment successfully transmits data at 1.56Gb/s with a BER of 10−3, below FEC limit.
