Abstract

Type-I TMωTM2ω phase-matching in isotropic [001]-grown AlGaAs Bragg reflection waveguide is reported. This nonlinear process coexists with type-I TEωTM2ω and type-II TEω+TMωTE2ω interactions within a spectral window of 17 nm.
