Laser Oscillator Coupling via Gain Gratings to Achieve Frequency Stable Operation

Abstract

We investigate numerically the feasibility of gain gratings to realize frequency stable coupling of a Q-switched loop resonator to a master oscillator. The model enables the prediction of spectral properties of the laser system.
