Abstract

We demonstrate the first silicon-carbide-based photonic crystal nanocavities operated at a wide range of 500~1400 nm. Furthermore, we show that two-photon absorption in the cavity is completely inhibited even at ultra-high-energy light (~1550 nm) input.
