We demonstrated a 40-W, CW, cavity-enhanced second-harmonic generation (SHG) with kHz linewidth of an injection-locked Nd:YAG laser. The nonlinear characteristics of LiB3O5 were measured with a single-pass configuration to design a SHG cavity.
