Integrated Optical Input Interface for Single-Flux-Quantum Circuit Buffer Memory

Abstract

We have developed an optical input module for single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuit to achieve high-speed buffer memory in the optical packet switch. We succeeded in demonstrating SFQ pulse generation by optical pulse input with 100-ps width.
