Tunable Nonlinear Time Response of Nanocomposites by Doping CdTeS Quantum Dots

Abstract

Tunable nonlinear time response of nano-Ag:polymer nanocomposite is realized by doping CdTeS quantum dots. Response time is quickened through doping. An ultrafast response time of 14.5 ps is achieved at a doping concentration of 27%.
