A Design of a Long Monolithic Cavity without Unequal Restoring Forces

Abstract

A design of high-finesse optical cavity (L=30cm) with vibration immunity is proposed. The cavity monolithically includes supporting parts and a base plate, avoiding unequal restoring forces to predict the response against horizontal vibrations.
