Abstract

We have proposed and studied the synthesis of the optical coherence function.1-4 We applied this manner to 2-dimensional (2-D) or 3-D optical information processing systems.3 It has the optical processing functions, such as a slice extraction of an arbitrary depth from a 3-D semitransparent object. The functions of this system depend on the shape of the synthesized optical coherence function.
