Abstract

For frequency doubling of high-power Nd:YAG laser, harmonically converted laser energy (532-nm) of 2.73 J at 10 Hz have been generated at external conversion efficiency of 83% in multi pass quadrature arrangement using CsLiB6O10 crystals.
