Abstract

This paper reports the production and luminescence analysis of Eu³⁺:GdOBr phosphor. Under an UV source, this phosphor has displayed an intense red emission (⁵D₀→⁷F₂) and its color richness has been evaluated (x=0.66, y=0.34, CIE-1931).
