Abstract

An acquisition and display system of three-dimensional (3-D) images is proposed. The volume scanning method with a mirror scanner is used for the 3-D display. The light-section method for measuring of an object profile is modified to be adapted for the 3-D display system. The results of preliminary experiments are reported.
