Optical properties of distributed feedback microcavities with exciton resonance

Abstract

A theoretical approach has been developed to describe the optical properties of distributed feedback microcavity with highly dispersive material - a one-dimensional polaritonic crystal. The characteristic features in optical spectra of this system, observed experimentally, are investigated.
