Abstract

We present an optical processing method for genome analysis based on spatial coded moiré technique. Using the method, deletion, insertion, and reiterated sequence can be extracted. Example processing for real genome sequences is demonstrated. As a visualization equipment, a. moiré matching information terminal is constructed.
