Amplified ultrashort laser pulse shaping with feedback control referring PG-FROG traces

Abstract

Since a PG-FROG trace holds both the phase and amplitude information of ultrashort pluses, we experimentally demonstrated adaptive pre-shaping of amplified ultrashort pulses by acquiring cost functions directly from the FROG traces.
