Demonstration of high efficient tunable lasing with one photonic crystal W1 waveguide

Abstract

High efficient tunable edge emitting microlaser was realized with W1 photonic crystal waveguide. Light from micocavity transferred into waveguide directly by mode transforming. A tunable range of 57 nm was obtained experimentally.
