Abstract

A temperature compensated glucose sensor was demonstrated by utilizing two microring resonators. Thanks to the temperature compensation, the measurement error of the main sensor resulting was substantially reduced from 1.33 (g/dL)/°C down to 0.03 (g/dL)/°C.
