Abstract

The femtosecond pulse laser (wavelength 664 nm) is generated by Ti:sapphire laser and photonic crystal fiber. Photocytotoxicity effect of the photosensitizer Talaporfin for photodynamic therapy are compared using femtosecond, nanosecond and continuous-wave lasers.
