Abstract

We studied the adsorption kinetics of Malachite Green (MG) dye on the anionic lipid monolayer at the different initial surface pressures. Time-dependent surface second harmonic generation and surface pressure were simultaneously monitored. MG showed three different adsorption regimes depending on the initial surface pressure of lipid monolayer.
