UV Laser-Induced Degradation in CsLiB6O10

Abstract

We investigated UV-induced degradation of CsLiB6O10 at 266 nm and discuss the mechanism and origin of the degradation. We found that reduction of the point defects distributed inside the crystal can slow down the degradation.
