Observation of Terahertz Resonant Absorption in Graphene Micro-Ribbon Arrays

Abstract

We designed and fabricated an epitaxially-grown graphene micro-ribbon array with 2.8-μm ribbon width, which revealed absorption peaks in the terahertz frequency range with a fundamental frequency of ~270 GHz.
