Abstract

Although Second Harmonic Generation (SHG) can provide insight into collagen fibrils of tissues, how the structure of collagen fibrils impact the SHG remains to be solved. 3D models of collagen fibrils in normal ovary and ovary cancer tissue are built based on the ratios of forward and backward SHG. Our models help understand the structure of ovary on the fibril level.
