Abstract

The MoS2/Graphene heterojunction prepared through a facile hydrothermal method is used as an optical modulator to realize 2.8 µm passively Q-switched solid state pulse laser for the first time as far as we know. This work certifies that the two- dimensional material heterojunction is a kind of outstanding mid-infrared modulators.
