A numerical study of single-pulse dual-wavelength mode-locked waveguide laser

Abstract

A numerical model is used for the first time to study synchronized dual wavelength mode locking with dual-peak gain profile. Combined with saturable gain and loss, the dispersion plays an important role shaping the laser pulse to achieve cavity equilibrium.
