High Power, tunable, Mid-IR generation with singly resonant optical parametric oscillator

Abstract

We present a high power, single-frequency, continuously-tunable, singly-resonant optical parametric oscillator (SRO) based on 80 mm-long MgO-doped PPLN crystal pumped by a continuous-wave Yb-fiber laser. Four-mirror SRO ring-cavity configuration is tunable in the mid-infrared from 37613970 nm as well as in near-IR from 1453 1484 nm.
