Optical fiber-tip microfluidic refractive-index sensors

Abstract

We present a miniature refractive-index sensor based on a fiber-top suspended mirror device. An optical 3D μ-printing technology was demonstrated to fabricate ultrathin suspended diaphragms on the end face of optical fiber for microfluidic sensing.
