Numerical analysis on double frequency-spacing optical comb for optimization of RF signals driving I-Q MZM

Abstract

A numerical simulation is conducted for generating double-frequency-spacing optical frequency comb by an in-phase and quadrature optical modulator. RF-signal condition driving the modulator has been optimized for generating the comb with low spectral-roughness.
