Asymmetric spin splitting of Gaussian beam reflected from an air-chiral interface

Abstract

We investigate systematically the chirality induced asymmetric spin splitting when Gaussian beams reflected from an air-chiral interface. We find that one spin component of the reflected beam can undergo large displacement near points of |rpp|=|rsp|.
