Abstract

We demonstrate nanoscale magnetic imaging with sub-20 nm spatial resolution using high-harmonic radiation. This first demonstration will allow for comprehensive studies of ultrafast spin dynamics with nanometer spatial and femtosecond temporal resolution using a lab-scale source.
