Converting between CVB and OAM beams

Abstract

We have proposed a method to generate cylindrical vector beams (CVBs) based on a mode selective coupler (MSC) and convert it to orbital angular momentum (OAM) beams using a quarter-wave plate (QWP) at wavelength of 1550 nm.
