Abstract

We report a crypto-display metasurface fabricated by laser splashed 3D nanostructures. Splashing morphologies that scatter angle-sensitive colors are realized through irradiation of a single femtosecond pulse onto titanium film. Angularly-anisotropic color image encryption are demonstrated.
