Wide-view Bessel light-sheet fluorescence microscopy for high-resolution, isotropic neuron imaging

Abstract

We develop a wide-view Bessel light-sheet fluorescence microscopy with 2 μm optical sectioning over 3 mm field of view. It achieves high-resolution, isotropic imaging of large-scale neural structures in mouse brain.
