Superstructure and Superimposed Fiber Bragg Gratings Fabricated through Small Spot Direct UV Writing

Abstract

We demonstrated the fabrication of a record number of over 40 overlaid fiber Bragg gratings. We compared two different fabrication techniques: consecutively superim- posed and digitally superstructured gratings and analyzed the evolving AC refractive index change.
