Microwave Photonic Notch Filter with Integrated Modulation Transformation and Optical Carrier Suppression

Abstract

A silicon nitride chip-based tunable microwave photonic notch filter based on phase-to-intensity modulation conversion with dual-sideband processing is proposed. Furthermore, an integrated optical carrier filtering is added to enhance the noise performance of the filter.
