Optical Vortex Generates a ‘Spin-Jet’ of an Ultrahigh Viscosity Au Suspension

Abstract

We discover an entirely novel phenomenon, in which the optical vortex generates a spinning donor jet (‘spin-jet’) of an ultrahigh viscosity Au suspension. This phenomenon enables the super-resolution printing of Au particles.
