Towards Identifying Grass Seed Infestation in the Australian Sheep Using Terahertz Radiation

Abstract

Early detection of seeds, as a precursor tool for the prevention of Grass Seed Infestation, is analysed. It is demonstrated that terahertz time-domain spectroscopy and imaging techniques can be utilized to identify seeds in sheep-wool.
